Proteze na implantatima su praktično veoma gracilne totalne proteze na dva implantata, a predstavljaju jedno od najkomfornijih rešenja i preporod za pacijente koji dugo nose totalne proteze i umorni su od neprijatnosti koje sobom nosi totalna proteza.
Najveća prednost proteza na implantatima u odnosu na klasične totalne proteze jeste što ove proteze ne mogu da spadnu prilikom govora ili žvakanja, s obzirom na to da su zakopčane za implantate pomoću specijalno dizajniranih dugmića, tzv. lokatora.
Za izradu ovih proteza prethodno je potrebno u donjoj vilici ugraditi dva, a u gornjoj četiri implantata. Proteze na implantatima se lako skidaju i održavaju u kućnim uslovima, gotovo na isti način kao i klasične totalne proteze.

Proteze na implantatima se u gornjoj vilici postavljaju na četiri implantata i to pruža mogućnost da se ta proteza izradi, gotovo u potpunosti, bez nepčanog dela. Ovakve proteze su tanje i udobnije od klasičnih proteza, s obzirom na to da ih stabilizuju implantati, a ne isključivo vakuum, kao kod klasičnih proteza.

Procedura izrade proteze na implantatima

Izradi proteze na implantatima prethodi ugradnja implantata. Procedura ugradnje je ista kao i za potrebe izrade bilo kog drugog protetskog rada. Više o ugradnji implantata možete pročitati ovde.
Nakon ugradnje implantata, u većini slučajeva, potrebno je sačekati tri meseca do kačenja proteze na implantate, kako bi se obezbedilo dovoljno vremena implantatima da srastu sa kosti. Dok pacijent čeka da implantati srastu, ta tri meseca može da se služi protezom kao klasičnom totalnom protezom.
Proteze na implantatima se izrađuju na isti način kao i klasične, s tim što se na kraju u gotove proteze ugrađuje kopča, koja naleže na implantat koji se nalazi u ustima pacijenta.

- Za donju vilicu cena proteze na lokatorima je 172.000 RSD (okvirno 1.457€)
- Za gornju vilicu cena za protezu na prečku je 324.000 RSD (okvirno 2.745€)
- Za donju vilicu cena za protezu na prečku je 207.000 RSD (okvirno 1.754€)
*U cenu nisu uračunati troškovi rendgen snimanja, specijalističkog pregleda, pojačavanja kosti (augmentacije), sinus-lifta, vađenja zuba i drugih pripremnih procedura koje se rade isključivo po potrebi, u zavisnosti od datog slučaja.
